– Good storing conditions and maintaining optimum temperatures increases life of a product.
– Cold Storage requires large scale infrastructure and highly modernized cooling systems in order to effectively be able to carry out the task of preserving perishables.
We started our first cold storage facility back in 1999. There was a hugely unmet demand for proper storage facilities for red chili. As such, we developed and constructed a state of the art facility which could compete with the needs of the market and provide ample space with the optimum conditions for the storage of red chillies. In 2006, we opened a new facility with even more storage capacity in order to meet the growing demand.
ESSVY Group has two storage facilities:
– ESSVY Cold Storage
– Sri Vigneshwara Storage
Both Units are specialised to store Red Chillies. Both are strategically located in south India’s second biggest market yard for Red Chilly – Bydagi, Haveri District Karanataka.
